What is our goal of this 8 Week Healthy Family Program?
We will provide a detailed guideline for you and your family to follow, including an extensive food list filled with wholesome, nutritious foods that is beneficial for the whole family to follow. You will also receive a pre-set menu, and grocery list to help keep the family organized.

Simple, nutritious meals the whole family will love. Even if you aren’t a guru in the kitchen, you’ll be able to cook these delicious meals. We wanted to find foods that were healthy, nutritious, and filling without spending hours in the kitchen.

We know how hard it can be to replace the processed chips and cookies you are used to eating as snacks. That’s why we created a list of healthy snacks specifically tailored for you and your family. You’ll learn what a healthy snack should include and how easy it is to have healthy snacks on the ready for wherever your day takes you.

Throughout your 8 week challenge you will given family fun activities for you and your family to do together. This will give you and your family inspiration on how to connect and build memories together.
Busy on the go Children & Athletes
A lot of children are involved in sports and various activities every week. Our program helps make the necessary adjustments to their food intake so they are eating the nourishing foods they need to continue to stay active and thrive.
Accountability and Support
Sue and Cheryl like to keep your family within reach and we do this by our signature check in system every Monday, to ensure you are engaged, and accountable as a family.
Monday Check in
You are required to fill out the “Check in with your family” template on Kajabi each week, with all family members present. This includes:
- One 20 minute walk per day
- 2-3 family activities per week, that are active
- 5 home cooked meals per week (dinners specifically)
- 3 meals minimum, sitting and eating with the entire family at the table
- Minimise eating out to 2x week
Group Live with Sue & Cheryl
Every week there will be a zoom call specifically for members of the 8 Week Family Healthy Challenge. This will give you inside access to ask questions and chat with Sue & Cheryl and connect with other people in the group. There will also be guest host throughout the 8 weeks that will talk about their professional industry where you can ask questions.
FB Private Group page
Seeing is believing!!! You are 63% more likely to succeed if you see others succeeding or working towards the same goal. This is the main reason why most FAIL is you are trying to do it alone. You need a TRIBE!! Families that will help you and want to see you succeed. It's a place where you can get answers to your questions in less than an hour. Sue, Cheryl and the team will answer all the questions daily. You will be in a group with other families that are working towards the same goal and have succeeded at exactly what you are trying to achieve!!
They are sharing their tips and tricks. For this reason you will be required to show up daily to the group page and just read. Take it all in.. You will learn 30% of the program through your fellow families in the program. Don’t have FB? We want 1 adult to be on the group page, even if you have teenage children that have facebook and would like to join they are more than welcome to be in the group as well.
Don’t worry we will teach you how to set up a ghost account that will not notify others that you are on FB.
